Comstow Information Services, Inc.
BiblioTix is the UNIX version of Comstow's software for company andgovernment libraries and information centers. It consists of integratedmodules that support cataloging and indexing of books, documents, companyreports, journal articles, periodicals, conference proceedings, searchand retrieval of the indexed data entries, management of holdingsrecords, and authority control to assure consistency of entries. Like theVMS version that has a 10-year installed base, the UNIX product willultimately support additional modules for circulation, accounting, andjournals check-in/routing.
